The NEGOTIATION COMPETITION is open to all students who are members of the Law Society. Not dissimilar to mediation, negotiation as a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution is becoming, and in fact has become, a prevalent tool of resolving disputes outside of the judiciary system.
First, second and third year students can compete in negotiation competitions.
